Hi, my name is Roberta and I'll take you into the world of Yamanik!
Do you know what Yamanik means?
I heard this word in Guatemala and I discovered that it is also a female name that means... Emerald.
I learned the art of macramé in Central America, in Mexico, where I lived for 7 years and met a Maestro Viandante who taught me the art of knotting, a passion that I discovered and embraced with love.
It's been almost 15 years now that I've turned my passion into a job, bringing my creations to the beaches of Sardinia from May to October and running the website in the colder months, creating and knotting ideas and stones from around the world.
